Mason Victors

Mason Victors currently serves as Managing Partner at Igneous Bio, providing principled leadership, scientific consulting, and technical product development. Mason holds advisory roles at multiple organizations, including Kimia Therapeutics, Nomic Bio, Forcyte Biotechnologies, Molecule.one, Enveda Biosciences, Terray Therapeutics, and MelliCell, Inc. Previously, Mason was a Founding Fellow at Recursion, where responsibilities included leading strategic initiatives and overseeing the development of the drug discovery pipeline through cross-functional teams. Mason also held several positions at Savvysherpa, Inc., working as a data scientist focused on delivering business value through data science and machine learning. Mason earned a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Brigham Young University.
