Fabiola Felippone

Fabiola Felippone has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development. Fabiola is currently the Human Resources Director at Moleskine, where they have held various roles since 2020, including People Development, Learning & Compensation Manager and HR Planning, Compensation & Organizational Development. Prior to joining Moleskine, Felippone worked at Auchan Retail Italia as an Organizational Development Manager from 2016 to 2020, and as an Organizational Development Specialist from 2005 to 2015. Fabiola also has experience as a Management Consultant at Key Partners and Lutech S.p.A, both management consultancy companies, from 2003 to 2005 and 2000 to 2003, respectively. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting from 1998 to 2000.

Fabiola Felippone earned a Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale (Management and Production Engineering) from Politecnico di Milano from 1991 to 1998, achieving a score of 98/100. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1991, they completed their Diploma di Maturità Scientifica (Scientific High school graduation) at Liceo Scientifico Volta in Milano, receiving a score of 52/60.
