Paul Chaffin

Paul Chaffin currently serves as President of Medical and Pharmaceutical Solutions at Molex, overseeing a global workforce of 7,500 employees dedicated to innovating healthcare products. Prior to joining Molex in May 2020, Paul Chaffin held various leadership roles at Ecolab from August 2004 to May 2020, including Senior Vice President, where key achievements involved leading a high-performing team that developed infection prevention solutions and managing significant business operations across North America and EMEA. Earlier experience includes executive positions at International Multifoods and The Pillsbury Company, along with contributions to the Medical Alley Association's Board of Directors. Paul Chaffin earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Michigan and is pursuing advanced education at Harvard Business School in Leading Global Businesses.
