Steven Pearce

Steven Pearce is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Accounting Manager in Global Business Services at Molex since May 2020, Steven leads the Americas Finance regional controllership team, overseeing compliance with GAAP for over 20 entities in the US and Mexico. Previously, at Allstate from November 2017 to May 2020, Steven held roles ranging from Accounting Manager to Accounting Supervisor, focusing on complex assets and SEC reporting. Prior to that, Steven worked at ECS Financial Services LTD and Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, gaining valuable skills in audit engagements, tax return preparation, and clinical research coordination. Steven's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Accounting from California State University-Sacramento and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
