Kelley Soper

Kelley Soper is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in HR operations and management. Currently serving as VP of HR Operations at Molina Healthcare since September 2021, Kelley leads the HR operations function, focusing on payroll, HRIS, data management, and process improvement. Prior to this role, Kelley held various positions at Anthem, Inc. from April 1997 to September 2021, including Staff VP of HR Operations, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR operations for 75,000 associates and directing multiple HR functions. Kelley's experience also includes significant contributions in compensation and benefits management, having designed incentive plans and established pay strategies during mergers. Additionally, Kelley has held management positions at Nestlé and Cal Fed-California Federal Bank. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
