Varsha Chandramouli

Varsha Chandramouli, MD, FAAFP, serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Molina Healthcare in Illinois since April 2022. In addition to this role, Varsha is a member of Chief, an organization dedicated to empowering senior women leaders. Varsha holds a position as a Health Equity Preceptor and Clinical Instructor at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, where responsibilities include training medical students and advocating for marginalized communities through the Interprofessional Community Clinic. Varsha has extensive experience in clinical operations at AIM Specialty Health, progressing from Physician Manager to National Medical Director. Varsha's volunteer work as a Family Physician includes providing primary care to underserved patients at Health Reach Cares and the ICC. Varsha obtained a Doctor of Medicine from Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College.
