Fabrizio Nistri serves as the Responsabile Ricerca e Sviluppo at Molino Spadoni Spa since January 2014, overseeing research and development across two production sites specializing in frozen baked goods. Concurrently, since January 2021, Fabrizio has been a member of the research and development team at CEREALIA SRL, collaborating with UNICOOP FIRENZE on new product development and industrialization processes. As the owner of TECNOLOGIE PER L'ARTE BIANCA DI F. NISTRI & C. SAS since January 2010, Fabrizio leads professional services in the research and development of baking products and associated technologies. Additionally, Fabrizio has been a member of the research and development team at Millbo since January 2017, independently managing technical and commercial projects. Education includes a diploma as perito industriale capotecnico with a mechanical specialization from ITIS MEUCCI.
