Drew Nowak

Drew Nowak has an extensive work experience. Drew is currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at Mollenberg-Betz, Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Operations at the same company since July 2010. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing and managing various divisions, such as HVAC, Sheet Metal Contracting, and Welding/Fabricating. Drew managed multiple departments including Estimating, Project Management, CAD, Design-Build, Construction, Fabrication, and Accounting. Drew was also involved in developing new customers, providing supervision and training for project managers and estimators, and managing the fabrication shop and warehouse. Before joining Mollenberg-Betz, Inc., Drew worked as a Design-Project Coordinator at MJ Mechanical from June 2005 to July 2010 and as a Project Engineer at M/E Engineering, PC from May 1999 to June 2005.

- From 1995 to 1999, Drew attended Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Air Conditioning Engineering Technology. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology at the same institution.

- In 1993, Drew had a foreign exchange student experience at Geschwister-Scholl Schule, where they focused on German Culture and Language studies.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Drew has obtained two certifications from Procore Technologies. In September 2023, they became Procore Certified as a Project Manager in Project Management. Two months earlier, in July 2023, Drew acquired another certification as a Procore Certified Project Manager in Core Tools.
