Tom Butlin

Tom Butlin is an experienced legal and compliance professional with a robust background in regulatory expansion and compliance across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Regulatory Expansion at Mollie since January 2022, Tom drives initiatives related to regulatory licensing and geographic growth for one of Europe's largest FinTechs. Previously, Tom held the position of Head of International Compliance at Intuit, overseeing compliance operations in the UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Additional roles include SVP - Head of Enforcement at HKEX, Director - Head of Compliance Investigations at HSBC, and multiple leadership positions in legal and regulatory compliance at Coutts and MoneyGram International. Tom's legal education includes a Masters of Law from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia.
