Customer Operations Lead at MoLo Solutions

Katie Sheehan, MBA has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Katie started their career in 2004 at the Chiropractic and Acupuncture Center of Homer Glen, where they served as the Office Director and Human Resource Director until 2008. Following that, they joined Lewis University and held multiple positions, including Financial Account Counselor from 2008 to 2009 and Assistant Director of Business Operations/CFO Office Finance Analyst from 2009 to 2019. Most recently, they joined MoLo Solutions in 2021 and has worked as a Customer Operations Specialist-Weekend from August 2021 to September 2022 before taking on the role of Customer Operations Lead from September 2022 to the present.

Katie Sheehan, MBA, has a diverse education history. In 2003 to 2005, they attended The University of Alabama in Huntsville where they studied Accounting and Business/Management. Katie then went on to enroll at Lewis University from 2006 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Continuing their education at Lewis University, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, specializing in Human Resources Management, Accounting, and Project Management, from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Science in Project Management at Lewis University from 2014 to 2015, where they are a candidate for the degree.

Katie Sheehan has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn. In September 2021, they completed the "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers" and "Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls" courses. In October 2021, they obtained certifications in "Developing a Critical Thinking Mindset" and "Project Management Reinvented for Non-Project Managers." In November 2021, they completed the "Habits for Becoming Your Most Effective Self" course. Finally, in January 2023, they earned the "Building Your Team" certification.
