Rayshawn Fox has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 with ModSquad, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative, providing technical support and ensuring customer security and privacy. In 2015, they joined Whole Foods Market as a Front End Supervisor, managing a team of over 30 members, handling customer complaints, and creating training materials. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at iTTTi Japan as an English Teacher, conducting lessons for various age groups with limited support. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Kyoshin Early Education Group as a Lead English Language Teacher, providing nursery care, teaching English lessons, and creating educational materials. Currently, Rayshawn is employed at MoLo Solutions as a Customer Operations Representative, and later promoted to a Customer Operations Specialist starting in April 2023.

Rayshawn Fox pursued their education at Eastern Michigan University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Creative Writing in 2019.
