Bokyung Choi

Bokyung Choi is a Principal Machine Learning Engineer (Director) at Moloco since August 2018, where responsibilities include leading the tech team and architecting a deep learning system capable of processing hundreds of millions of candidates per second, featuring online scoring and robust deployment mechanisms. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Google from October 2014 to July 2018, contributing to Google Brain's medical imaging and the Google Display Network's online ad targeting. Bokyung Choi also served as VP of Statistics and Technology at Univfy from October 2010 to October 2014 and completed mandatory military service at the National Pension Service of Korea from March 2002 to May 2004. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Applied Physics and an M.S. in Statistics from Stanford University, along with a B.S. in Physics and Economics from Seoul National University.
