Josh holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, an LLM in Corporate and Financial Law from The University of Hong Kong, an MSc in Law and Accounting from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BS in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University.
