Artis Erglis has a diverse work experience that encompasses various roles and responsibilities in the IT and technology industry. Artis started their career as a Test Specialist at Tele2 Shared Service Center in 2016, where they gained expertise in designing and executing test plans, defect tracking, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. In 2018, they worked as a Test Team Lead at Cognizant, where they coordinated software testing efforts and implemented streamlined testing processes using Agile methodologies.

Later in 2018, Artis joined EY as an IT Advisory Consultant, leveraging their technical expertise and industry knowledge to address complex client challenges and develop IT strategies aligned with business goals. Artis also co-founded Partly, where they served as the Co-Founder and CTO, leading the technical department, overseeing cross-functional teams, and playing a key role in fundraising and the company's acquisition by Civinity Group. During this time, they also participated in the Startup Wise Guys Fintech acceleration program, gaining valuable knowledge and launching an MVP.

In 2019, Artis worked as a UI/UX Designer, delivering mobile and web projects for clients worldwide and mastering skills such as user testing, wireframing, UX research, and prototyping using Figma as their primary design tool. In 2022, they became the CEO and CTO of Hoom Apps, where they managed all aspects of the business, expanded operations to Lithuania, and developed and launched new services like an eCommerce plugin and rental system.

Most recently, Artis joined Molport in 2023 as an IT Lead, taking on responsibilities in leading IT-related activities within the company.

Artis Erglis completed their Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) from 2014 to 2017. Artis then continued their education at the same university, pursuing a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Management, with no specified end year provided.
