Benjamin Ourri

Benjamin Ourri is a Research and Development Chemist at Molsid since October 2020, specializing in the synthesis and production of auto-immolative fluorogenic probes. Prior experience includes a PhD at UCB focused on complex molecular architectures for therapeutic biomolecule recognition, along with teaching roles at CPE Lyon and Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1. Benjamin has served as a student assessor for HCERES and completed various engineering internships, notably in the synthesis of amphiphilic calixarenes and mechanistic studies on total synthesis. Academic credentials include a Doctorate in Organic Chemistry from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, an Engineering degree from CPE Lyon, and a Master’s in Organic Chemistry from the same university.
