Thomas Stuart

Thomas Stuart is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the nuclear and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Responsible Engineer at Ansaldo Nuclear since May 2023, Thomas previously held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at MoltexFLEX, where leadership was demonstrated in developing a modular fission reactor concept. Prior roles include Interim Head of Engineering and Senior Engineer at Booth Industries Limited, where analytical capabilities were enhanced in the industrial door market. Earlier experience at Frazer-Nash Consultancy involved structural assessments in various applications, with a particular focus on gas turbines and submarines, and proficiency in advanced analytical software such as ANSYS and Abaqus. Thomas holds a Master of Engineering degree in General Engineering specializing in Aeronautics from Durham University.
