Jennifer Shipstad has a diverse work experience in the beauty and retail industry. Jennifer started their career at LORAC Cosmetics, where they served as a National Account Manager, overseeing U.S. stores and establishing accounts. During their tenure, they successfully transformed the brand into a high-end luxury brand and expanded the retail presence from 4 to 32 retailers. Jennifer also negotiated business and promotional plans with retail buyers and built strong partnerships with Nordstrom.
