Sofia Nuri

Sofia Nuri has a diverse work history that spans multiple industries and roles. Sofia began their career as a Student Teaching Assistant at Universidad Católica de Santiago del Estero in 2011, followed by a position as a Research Scholar at the same university from 2012 to 2014. Sofia then transitioned to the hospitality industry, working as a Bilingual Grand Club Receptionist at Grand Hyatt from 2016 to 2018.

In 2018, Sofia took on the role of Administrative Analyst at Pacifica Continental before being promoted to Global Human Resources Analyst. Sofia later joined Halliburton as an Administrative Specialist, where they handled various tasks such as expense reports, travel booking, and general administration. Sofia then moved on to Bumble as a Product and Technical Support Agent in 2021.

Most recently, Sofia has been employed at Carta since 2020. Sofia held multiple positions within the company, including Implementations Project Manager and Enablement Specialist II (Quality Assurance & L&D). In these roles, they were responsible for scoping training needs, administering quality assurance software, monitoring communication effectiveness, and driving process improvement. Sofia also played a crucial role in developing the quality strategy for their business domain.

In 2023, Sofia will join Momence as an Onboarding Lead, further showcasing their expertise in training and development. Throughout their career, Sofia has consistently demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement and providing quality service.

Sofia Nuri completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidad Católica de Santiago del Estero, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. In 2019, they pursued further education at the University of Buenos Aires, earning a University Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, which they completed in 2020. Additionally, Sofia Nuri obtained certifications in Equity Compensation Associate from Santa Clara University in June 2022, and Personal and Professional Coaching from SBCoaching in November 2019.
