Chandra Hunt

Chandra Hunt, MBA, PMP, possesses extensive experience in management consulting and project management, with a focus on public sector operations and support for women-owned businesses. Currently serving as an HR and Business Operations Consultant at Moment Strategies since March 2022, Chandra is responsible for developing new business proposals for government agencies. As Managing Partner at The Mugen Group since September 2017, Chandra leads a women-owned, veteran-owned consulting firm aimed at enhancing the performance of small businesses and public entities. Previous roles include Senior Partner at Gov Latch, LLC, and Project Manager at BAE Systems, along with significant positions in the United States Navy that demonstrate strong leadership and engineering expertise. Chandra holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a B.S. in History from the United States Naval Academy.
