Toby Fleischman

Toby Fleischman, MBA, CEBS has extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll. Currently, Toby is the Senior Global Director of Compensation, Benefits & Payroll at Momentive Technologies. Prior to this, Toby held roles such as Principal Consultant at T Fleischman Consulting, where they advised clients on Total Rewards-related projects, and Director of Total Rewards at The MetroHealth System, where they led the development and implementation of company-wide Total Rewards strategies. Toby also worked as the Director of Compensation and Benefits at University Hospitals and Aleris, and as a Senior Benefits Consultant at Lake Health. Earlier in their career, Toby served as the Director of Health Benefits at KeyBank and as a Manager of Group Rx Purchasing at Health Action Council. Through their roles, Toby has gained expertise in areas such as HR strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, Total Rewards strategy, benefits procurement, and compliance with global regulations. They have a strong track record of optimizing financial ROI, implementing innovative plan structures, and negotiating vendor contracts. Toby's experience spans various industries and they have consistently demonstrated their ability to drive strategic and effective compensation and benefits programs.

Toby Fleischman, MBA, CEBS has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Biology from Columbia University, and a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification from The Wharton School. In addition, Toby has obtained a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
