Lauren Childress

Lauren Childress has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and human resources leadership, currently serving as Global Talent Projects Lead and Global Talent Acquisition Leader at Momentive since June 2010. Lauren has developed and implemented strategic recruitment approaches for various regions, including the Americas and EMEAI, while overseeing talent acquisition teams focused on active recruitment. Previous roles include Growth Recruiter and Senior Employee Relations Leader, where Lauren managed multiple aspects of the associate lifecycle. Prior to Momentive, Lauren worked as an Independent Contractor at DeemHR and as an HR Representative at Kennametal, supporting a sizable employee base. Lauren holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Administration from West Virginia University.
