Michael Temlett

Michael Temlett serves as the Executive Head of the Open Market Business Unit at Momentum Health Solutions since January 2023. Previously, Michael held the position of Head of the Momentum Branded Business Unit at MMI Health from April 2004 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the Momentum-Branded health offerings, including various health insurance products. Additional roles at Momentum Medical Scheme Administrators included Operations Executive, Head of Client and Employer Service, and Head of Open Scheme Service, covering national accountability for client servicing and operational management. Early in the career, Michael worked at Sovereign Health as Fund Manager for Momentum Health and as Marketing Manager for Topmed. Education includes studies at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and the University of Cape Town, along with a Bcom degree in Marketing Management and Economics from Unisa.
