Morgan Trexler

Morgan Trexler is an R&D Mechanical Engineer at Momentum Optics, where responsibilities include developing a production-ready optical lens manufacturing machine since May 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Machine Shop Teaching Assistant at Colorado School of Mines, focusing on machining processes and engineering principles, as well as work as an Additive Manufacturing Optics Developer within the ADAPT(SM) Consortium, enhancing laser-based monitoring systems. Morgan Trexler also interned at Meadowlark Optics, contributing to the design and testing of optical components, and Advanced Thin Films, assisting in the assembly of satellite laser communication systems. Early experience includes an assembly technician role at fbrc8 LLC, specializing in high-quality 3D printer construction. Morgan Trexler earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines in 2022, following completion of an engineering track diploma from Christian Brothers High School Memphis.
