Heather Dromgoole, SPHR, SHRM - SCP

Heather Dromgoole, SPHR, SHRM - SCP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Momentum Telecom since January 2013. Dromgoole has held various senior roles within the company, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources. Previous experience includes Vice President of Human Resources at Access Group, Inc., where strategic HR objectives were developed and executed. Dromgoole has been actively involved in the Greater Valley Forge Human Resource Association, holding positions from President to Programming Co-Chair for the Annual Summit. Dromgoole holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Ursinus College.
