Pradhika Padiachy

Pradhika Padiachy is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Manager and Developer Team Leader for AS400 at Momentum since May 2006. With a strong background in RPG ILE development, Pradhika has played a key role in training new employees and maintaining systems. Previously, Pradhika held roles at MMI Holdings including Acting Head of DevOps and Development and Release Manager, where responsibilities included project managing an AS400 migration team. Earlier experience includes working as an RPG Developer at Telesure Technology Solutions and as a Junior RPG Developer at DHL Delamode Logistics. Pradhika holds an MBA from MANCOSA and a Bachelor of Technology in IT from M.L Sultan Technikon, along with a Management Development Programme from GIBS Business School.
