Steph Gleave has over 25 years of work experience in the retail marketing industry. Steph started their career in 1992 at Worthington Group Plc as a Sales Administrator, where they managed major global contracts with clients such as Marks & Spencer. In 1997, Steph joined Momentum Instore Limited as a Director and Sales & Marketing Director. Their role involved strategic planning and delivery of the sales and marketing function, as well as setting high standards and motivating the team to achieve results. In 2000, they joined Momentum Worldwide as an Account Director and later became the Client Development Director. Steph held these positions until 2011. Throughout their career, Steph has been recognized for their expertise and acting as a custodian of standards for client-facing presentations, proposals, and tender documents.
Steph Gleave attended Leek High School where they completed their O and A Levels. Steph then went on to Staffordshire University from 1982 to 1984, where they obtained their HND in Business Studies.
