James Parry has held various leadership roles in the restaurant industry over the years. James began their career as the Chef Owner of Sixpenny from March 2012 to December 2015. James then joined Rockpool Dining Group as the Head of Culinary from May 2016 to November 2017. Most recently, they have been with Momofuku, starting as the Senior Director of Restaurants in January 2018 and currently serving as the VP of Restaurant Operations since October 2021.
James Parry pursued their education diligently, specializing in different fields. From 2013 to 2016, they attended the University of New England (AU) and completed a Diploma in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, James studied at TAFE NSW, where they obtained a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
