Laura Chou

Laura Chou has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Momofuku since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ripple Foods as an Associate Director of Planning from October 2018 to September 2022. In 2018, Laura held the position of Global Inventory Management Manager at Gap from February to October. Before that, they served as the General Manager of E-Commerce & Fulfillment at TeamFanatics from January 2016 to February 2018. Laura'sprevious experience at Gap includes roles such as Product Manager II, Manager - Global Gap Outlet Inventory Strategy, Inventory Management Manager, and Inventory Management Planner from 2008 to 2016. Before joining Gap, Laura worked as a GM Gold Planner at Follett Higher Education Group in 2007, a Buyer at Emerald International, Ltd from 2005 to 2007, and a Distribution Planner at Banana Republic from 2004 to 2005.
