Louise Vongerichten Ulukaya

Louise Vongerichten Ulukaya is an accomplished founder and president of the Food Dreams Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing scholarships for aspiring chefs, established in January 2016. In July 2020, Louise founded Mon Coeur, reinforcing a commitment to culinary excellence. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Chefs Club from July 2013 to January 2018, and as the Director of The Mercer Kitchen at The Mercer Hotel from May 2009 to September 2011. Additionally, Louise contributed to strategic marketing and e-commerce efforts at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from March 2012 to October 2012. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Hospitality Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and an MBA from Essec Business School Paris, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from American University.
