Michelle Lau

Michelle Lau is a Social Services Coordinator at Mon Sheong Foundation, where responsibilities include the startup of a long-term care facility that accommodates 320 residents and manages a waitlist of over 2,000 applicants. With a strong focus on counseling services, Michelle collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to assess and address the psychosocial needs of more than 200 residents yearly, enhancing care plans and increasing resident satisfaction. Previously, as an Activity Aide, Michelle organized over 30 recreational activities annually, significantly boosting resident participation and satisfaction scores.
