Jose Vega

Jose Vega is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the solar industry. Currently serving as a PV and Storage Designer at Mona Lee Solar since June 2023, Jose manages the CAD design process for solar and storage projects, optimizes electrical components, and collaborates with leadership to achieve project management goals. Previously, at Freedom Forever as a Construction Engineer, Jose generated precise permitting and construction documents while ensuring quality and SLA targets were met. Jose has also worked as a Solar Engineer at Lumio, where responsibilities included design revisions, liaising with local jurisdictions, and contributing to process improvement. Jose holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Nassau Community College.
