Toby Garner

Toby Garner is a seasoned professional in the field of Human Factors, currently serving as a Human Factors Specialist at MES since May 2023 and at Lloyd's Register since March 2020, where Toby holds the position of Principal grade Human Factors specialist. Previous experience includes serving as Service Lead for Human Factors and Persons Reduced Mobility at Ricardo from July 2015 to March 2020, and as a consultant at Lloyd's Register between 2007 and 2010. Toby also worked as Principal Consultant for Human Factors at Human Engineering Lloyd's Register from 2003 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a degree in Applied Psychology with a focus on Human Factors from Cranfield University (2000-2001) and attendance at Canford School (1986-1991).
