Bob McDonald

Bob McDonald has over 30 years of work experience in the paper manufacturing industry. Bob started their career at Kimberly-Clark as a Superintendent of Manufacturing in 1989. Bob then moved on to Fox River Paper Co, where they served as a Mill Manager and later as the Vice President of Manufacturing, overseeing multiple plants and 600 employees. In 2007, they joined Green Bay Packaging as the Director of Manufacturing, leading a division with 350 employees. Bob then joined Finch Paper as the Vice President of Manufacturing, where they were responsible for various operations and improvements. In 2013, they became an Operations Manager at IPG - Intertape Polymer Group, achieving significant cost reductions and fostering collaboration with the union workforce. Finally, in 2018, they joined Monadnock Paper Mills as the Vice President of Manufacturing.
