Rachel Koffman has extensive work experience in the field of pediatric ABA services and clinical supervision. Rachel began their career in 2011 as a Supervisor for Toronto Autism ABA Services at Etobicoke Children's Centre. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Supervising Therapist at Surrey Place Centre. In 2014, they joined Kinark Child and Family Services as a Clinical Supervisor for the Direct Funding Option. Simultaneously, they served as an Adjunct Professor at Seneca College from 2014 to 2020. In 2016, they became a Clinical Coordinator at Monarch House, CBI Health Group, where they worked until 2020. Rachel then transitioned to CBI Health Group as the Manager of Pediatric ABA Services until 2020. Rachel currently holds the role of Chief Operating Officer at Monarch House since February 2022.
Rachel Koffman has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Brock University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Toronto from 2003 to 2007. Rachel also holds a certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst.
