Drew Burton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and real estate. Currently serving as a Portfolio Performance Analyst at Monarch Investment and Management Group since June 2021, Drew focuses on maximizing net operating income and enhancing tenant experiences while managing projects for cost savings and profits. Additionally, Drew holds dual roles as a Real Estate Broker with Equity Colorado and previously served as an Associate Broker at Your Castle Real Estate, specializing in residential transactions. Prior experience includes managing custom residential construction projects at Timeless Custom Homes Inc., as well as work as an Analyst at Targeted Victory, where Drew contributed to client services in advertising and marketing. A graduate of Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Drew began a career in real estate with foundational training at Equity Colorado.
