Mike Houle

Mike Houle is an experienced logistics and warehouse management professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as Warehouse Manager at The Monarch Group since April 2021, Mike has a rich history in shipping and distribution roles. Notably, Mike was the Shipping/Distribution/Logistics/Building Security/Maintenance Manager at The DATA Communications Management from November 2015 to March 2019, where responsibilities included managing inventory, ensuring timely shipping, and negotiating courier rates. Prior to this, Mike worked at The Data Group of Companies, overseeing warehousing and logistics operations, and started their career at Data Business Forms, Inc. in various roles, progressing from Shipper/Receiver to Distribution Leadhand. Mike holds a diploma from Cluny Bow Valley High School, completed between 1978 and 1982.
