Randy Garcia

Randy is the VP of Operations for Monarch Resource Partners. Randy’s drive to support industry leading customer service defines Monarch’s culture as he manages a team focused on setting the industry standard for service and support. Randy began his career in compression at CDM Resource Management.

Prior to Monarch, Randy assembled and grew Pegasus Optimization Managers team in South Texas, West Texas, Oklahoma, and Appalachia into a thriving and robust part of the business. Randy graduated from Universal Technical Institute with an Auto and Diesel Certificate and is a certified Ford technician.
