Shane Estes

Shane is the VP of Business Development and Fleet for Monarch Resource Partners. Shane began his career in compression at Guerra Engineering in 1988, and he remained with the company when it was acquired by the Hanover Company in 1991 where he garnered experience in operations, engineering, procurement, safety, and sales.

Thereafter, Shane worked at Universal Compression, CDM, AG Equipment Company and Pegasus Optimization Managers. Shane works with new and existing clients to design custom compression equipment, optimize projects for specific field conditions, and ensure efficient solutions for all applications.
