Elizabeth Gainey

Elizabeth Gainey is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with extensive experience in behavioral health services. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Therapist at Monarch since November 2021, Elizabeth previously held the position of Case Manager/Counselor at Dismas Charities Inc. from July 2011 to April 2023. Additionally, Elizabeth worked as a Human Services Clinician at Daymark Recovery Services from July 2019 to November 2021 and completed an internship at the NCAT Center for Behavioral Health & Wellness in 2017-2018, contributing to the Aggie Emerging Scholars Academic Recovery Program. Elizabeth holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
