Rafael Montes

Rafael Montes is an experienced operations and business manager with a robust career spanning various management roles in the hospitality and cleaning service industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager and COO North America at Monardo's Services Inc since August 2017, Rafael also operates as a Business Owner for both EMXITI Cleaning Services and REEX CO since October 2019 and May 2018, respectively. Prior experience includes management support at Clean Time Commercial Services and executive housekeeping management at Sandman Hotel Group and Aloft Hotels. Rafael holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UVM Campus Villahermosa.
