Jason Scarlett

Jason Scarlett has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jason began their career at Monash Health in 2001, where they worked in various roles such as Service Desk Analyst, Technical Support Officer, Systems Engineer, Service Desk Manager, and Service Delivery Manager.

In 2018, Jason joined Australian Clinical Labs as the Head of Information Technology PMO. Jason was responsible for establishing governance, framework, mentoring, and accountability for project deliverables. Due to their success, they expanded their duties to create an Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (ePMO) and became the Head of Enterprise Portfolio Management Office. Jason led new strategic initiatives to reduce operating costs, increase revenue, and drive digital innovation and technical solutions.

In 2021, they returned to Monash Health as the Director of Digital Health PMO. In this role, Jason is transforming the IT PMO into a strategically aligned Digital Health PMO, overseeing Monash Health's portfolio of Digital Programs and Product Development. Jason is responsible for governance, reporting, budget management, and the establishment of Monash Health's Digital Roadmap to drive innovation and virtual care initiatives.

Jason Scarlett obtained a Diploma of Business from the Graduate Business School in 2018-2019. Jason also obtained a Certificate IV in Health Administration from the same institution during the same period. Additionally, they have certifications in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP™) Practitioner, Advanced Microsoft Project 2016, Certified Agile ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), ITIL v3 - Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt, Prince 2 - Practitioner, and Project Management Professional (PMP).
