Katrina Nankervis

With over 20 years’ within Victoria’s public health system, Katrina Nankervis brings to Monash Health extensive experience in strategic workforce planning, professional and clinical practice and education. She is a Registered Nurse, holds a Master’s of Nursing Science and has a keen interest in healthcare policy, initially developed as an undergraduate student of politics and economics at the University of Melbourne. Katrina has worked within the public, private, government and higher education sectors. She is a passionate advocate for the exemplary delivery of fundamental care and is particularly focused on enhancing outcomes and experience for employees and consumers.
