Melissa Caddy is an accomplished professional in the field of reproductive biology, currently serving as the Embryology Team Leader and Embryologist at Monash IVF Group since October 2014. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as a Research Fellow at the Australian Regenerative Medicine Institute from 2011 to 2014 and as a Research Assistant at the Monash Institute of Reproduction and Development from 2001 to 2004. Melissa holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Reproductive Biology and a Master of Clinical Embryology from Monash University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of Melbourne.
