Carolina Lorena Zambrano Carrillo is a seasoned professional in research, innovation, and development with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Responsable Producto I+D+i at MONBAKE since September 2018, Carolina leads projects in the pastry and bakery division.
