Gaëtan T. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Gaëtan started their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Paris Authentic, where they gained experience in marketing and commercial development. Gaëtan then worked as an Assistant Product Manager at L'Assiette Parisienne, a restaurant discount box start-up. In 2011, they worked as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and F&B Management Trainee at Accor Grand Mercure Beijing Central, where they supervised service and improved service quality. Gaëtan also worked as an Assistant Product Marketing Manager at Danone, where they were responsible for marketing analysis, out-of-home relations, and digital strategy. In 2014, they ventured into entrepreneurship with their own European food company called Folie. Gaëtan then transitioned to the hotel industry as an Outlet Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. In 2015, they became a Financial Consultant at Artémis Courtage. Currently, Gaëtan holds the position of Head of Operations at MONBANQUET.
Gaëtan T. started their education by obtaining an undergraduate diploma in Management from IUT Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations in Meaux, France, from 2007 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from EMVOL, Groupe ESC Troyes, specializing in marketing, finance, tour operating, and hotel management, from 2009 to 2010. Gaëtan then attended Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne from 2010 to 2011, where they earned their Master 1 Management degree with a focus on Hospitality Management, studying various subjects such as finance, marketing, hotel and tourism economics, revenue management, and labor law. In 2012, Gaëtan decided to enhance their language skills, particularly Chinese, by attending an Intensive Mandarin program at Beijing Language and Culture University for a year. Finally, in 2012-2013, they pursued a Specialized Master's Degree (MS) in Marketing & Communication from ESCP Business School.
