Mark Smit has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and leadership roles. Mark has worked as the Head of Digital Marketing at Moncel since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Growth Marketing at Higher Ground Education from 2021 to 2023, where they successfully managed a large monthly ad budget and achieved significant growth in enrolled students while reducing acquisition costs. From 2019 to 2020, Mark was the Chief Marketing Officer at ModelManagement.com, where they implemented growth hacking techniques and optimized various digital platforms to achieve substantial monthly recurring revenue. Mark also served as the Head of Marketing at European Bartender School from 2017 to 2019, overseeing a global marketing budget and leading a multi-national team to generate leads through inbound marketing strategies. Before that, Mark worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Now Health International from 2014 to 2017, where they achieved top search engine rankings and increased incoming leads through innovative marketing strategies. Mark also gained experience as a Marketing Manager at China Performance Group from 2012 to 2013, where they developed online marketing strategies and managed a team of interns. Mark Smit attended the Communication University of China from 2010 to 2011.
