Mike Moncla

Mike Moncla has had a diverse range of roles and responsibilities throughout their work experience. In 1990, they started their career as a Field Sales Representative at Reed Tool Company, where they worked until 1993. Following this, from 1993 to 2007, they worked at Moncla Companies, L.L.C., where they held the position of Sales Manager - COO. In 2007, they joined Key Energy Services as the Southeast US Division Manager, a role they held until 2010. In that same year, they became a Partner at Moncla Workover Drilling, LLC. In 2020, they took on the role of Vice President Marketing at DrilTech, LLC, and later in the year, they became the President of the Louisiana Oil & Gas Association.

Mike Moncla attended St. Thomas More Catholic High School and completed their education there in 1985. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, finishing their studies in 1990.
