Francesca Bacci

Married with two children, Francesca Bacci graduated in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Florence. In 1994 she began her professional career at Prada holding various positions in the production area and acquiring more and more responsibilities until taking on the role of Woman Clothing Division Manager in 2007.

In 2011 she joined the Valentino group where she assumed the role of Accessories (Bags, Shoes, SLG) and RTW Operations Director; in the context of such role, she managed the industrial process for the industrialized and commercialized lines of the Valentino group (Valentino PAP, Valentino Uomo, Red Valentino, M Missoni, Valentino Garavani Man, Valentino Garavani Donna) and was involved in various strategic processes.

In December 2017 she joined Moncler group holding the position of Operations & Supply Chain Director; she is also a member of the Moncler Strategic Committee.
