Monica Jurik

Monica Jurik is a skilled artist and technician with extensive experience in illustration, graphic design, and scene technology. Currently serving as a Senior Scene Technician at Mondavi Center since October 2017 and a Graphic Designer at Explorit Science Center since June 2018, Monica produces designs for science exhibits and promotional materials. Previous positions include Illustrator and Editor for a child therapy project, Technical Illustrator at The Field Museum, and Colorist for a children's book. Monica has a solid background in retail sales with experience at Papyrus and Paddington Station. Monica holds a Certificate in Science Illustration from California State University, Monterey Bay, and a Bachelor of Arts in Illustration from Southern Oregon University.
