Chen Salomon

Chen Salomon is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at monday.com since June 2020, Salomon previously held the position of VP R&D at EX.CO, where leadership extended to over 30 engineers across various disciplines. Experience includes R&D Group Manager and Software Architect roles at Playbuzz, focusing on system development and implementation of methodologies. Academic involvement as a teaching assistant at Tel Aviv University in both the School of Management and Computer Science complements a solid educational background, which includes a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Economics and a Master's in Management Information Systems from Tel Aviv University.
